Winding the Bobbin – Threading the Machine – Loading the Bobbin!
Every single time you start a project there are three things that you have to do – In this Order.
1.) Wind the Bobbin
2.) Thread your Machine
3.) Load the Bobbin in the Bobbin Casing
I’ve broken down this category into these three distinctive parts. Although many machines are similar there are different ways to thread a vintage vs. a current machine and there are front load vs. drop in bobbin casings. In detail I’ve discussed the differences so you should be covered regardless of they type of machine you have. So here we go:
As with everything in life, there are always exceptions to the rule. It’s rare, but over the past 5 years I have come across a machine or two with no a miss placed or absent bobbin threader or strange threading guides.
